“I didn’t receive my course invitation email”

Once the learner is identified by JHA Safety, both text and email notifications are sent from the Learning Management System for the learner to login and complete the training. Sometimes it may take a few minutes for the notifications to go through. Also, it may have gone to your junk mail folder, so check that as well.
